13 ways to stay depressed

Silver lining? I don't see it.



If you are depressed and would like to stay that way here are some sure-fire hints on how to accomplish that.

1.Stay in bed all day.

2.Don't keep up with your housework.

3.Don't go outside unless you absolutely have to, or else you might accidentally get some exercise and fresh air.

4.Hurt the people the people that love you most by shutting them out.

5.Don't eat anything nourishing that might make you feel better.

6.Never volunteer to help, much less think of, anyone less fortunate than you.

7.Don't watch any funny movies or read any interesting books.

8.Don't talk to, or seek help from anyone!

9.Focus on past hurts and refuse to forgive the people who caused them, especially if they're dead.

10.Keep your curtains closed in the day time, which won't be hard since you're asleep anyway.


11.Feel sorry for yourself and self-host daily pity parties.

12.Blindly believe the Devils' lies everyday, and no matter what...

13.Never read The Bible and NEVER turn to God for help.

As long as you keep this up you should have no problem staying miserably depressed. You're welcome.
